ORDER CANCELLATION - MONEY RETURN
It is possible to cancel your order in the following cases:

b) After receiving the product you can exercise your right to a refund, within 14 calendar days from the day of receiving the product.
It is clarified that for To proceed with the free return of the product, the product must be in excellent condition, received without damage and complete, within its original packaging. All products must be carefully tested to avoid damage. Also, the returned product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents that you received upon receipt.
If you choose to exercise your right to a refund, your money will be refunded in full within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of the order, we believe that within ten working days the product will be returned to our warehouses for control and approval of the refund. In case you want a replacement, the shipping cost of your replacement is € 3 and will be charged on cash on delivery as soon as you receive your parcel.

ISSUE OF CREDIT
A credit can be issued which can be used within 12 months from the date of repayment.
